As the UI/UX designer for Prezzee, an E-Commerce platform that revolutionized gift-giving with a customizable digital gift card system, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience. My collaboration with Prezzee involved significant contributions to improving their design system and developing distinctive icon and illustration experiences. I also revamped their eCommerce site, ensuring that gift cards were showcased through aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly web pages. This transformation streamlined the entire gifting process, from purchasing and sending to managing digital gift cards, ultimately enriching the overall customer experience.
