The SIA project integrates artificial intelligence through the Mercury, Siena, and Juris agents, supported by Multimodal Large Language Models and human supervision. Mercury enhances ECommerce by deploying AI chatbots and personalized interfaces that adapt to user behaviors, aiming to make online shopping more intuitive and tailored.

I conducted extensive research to understand user needs and industry standards, developing a user-centric platform. I focused on crafting intuitive chatbot interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with eCommerce platforms, and establishing a unified visual identity.

I also designed the SIA architecture—a central hub supporting all agents. It enables knowledge management, provides performance analytics, allows custom interface creation to track key metrics, and supports document generation and sharing.
